Guidebooks

The welcome guidebook handed to your guests — access to the unit, facilities, house rules and useful addresses.

The guidebook is what your guests read before and during their stay. Filled in properly, it replaces most arrival messages — and it stays available when you are not.

What a guidebook covers

  • Arrival and departure — times, access to the unit, key handover.
  • The unit — how the facilities work, wifi, waste sorting.
  • House rules — what is expected during the stay.
  • Around the unit — shops, transport and the addresses you recommend.

A guidebook belongs to a listing, not to the unit: two listings on the same unit each have their own guidebook, filled in separately. So if you add a second listing, plan to write its guidebook too — nothing is carried over automatically.
