Contracts

A seasonal rental contract is written once, not once per reservation. YStay separates the two moments cleanly: you compose a template, you publish it — and from then on contracts come into being on their own, reservation after reservation, with the right dates, the right unit and the right guest already in place.

The template is built in Studio: not a form, but the document itself, in page format, exactly as it will be printed. A clause rail turns clauses on, reorders them and adds new ones; the YStay library provides a set of reference clauses so you never start from a blank page, all of them editable afterwards.

One thing is worth saying plainly: these templates are a starting point, not legal advice. Publishing makes you tick a box that says so. Automatic generation applies only to confirmed direct reservations — YStay produces no contract for a reservation that came from a channel.
