Team & account
The account itself: inviting teammates and setting their roles, turning on two-step verification, understanding the trial and subscription, tracking revenue and setting up your profile.
The other sections describe what you do inside YStay; this one describes the account that makes the rest possible — who gets in, how it is protected, what it costs and what it brings in.
Two ideas shape these pages. First: a teammate's access is set on two independent axes — what they are allowed to do, and which properties they are allowed to do it on. Confusing the two is the most common reason a screen goes missing. Second: several things are handed over only once — the invitation link, the recovery codes for two-step verification. YStay will not show them again, and that is deliberate.
The financial side lives here too, in both directions: what the account costs you (the ShortStay trial, then the subscription and what its end closes again) and what it collects (payouts, commission, reports).
Guides in this section
- Invite your team and set their roles — the two axes that govern a teammate's access, the form that sets both, and the invitation link handed over only once.
- Turn on two-step verification — the four-step enrolment, the eight recovery codes, and the two refusals YStay raises to keep you from locking yourself out.
- Understanding the trial and your subscription — what the ShortStay trial opens, what its end closes again, and how to read the Subscription page.
- Track your revenue — where to read what you actually collected: the Earnings page, the Insights page and the month block on the dashboard.
- Set up your account and integrations — the two profile cards, the details that end up on your guest invoices, and the overview of everything the account connects to.
