Close every free night of a period on all platforms and on direct booking, the banner during the stop, reopening, and the impact of unpublishing.
On a listing's page, the Sales stop card closes every free night of a period, on all your connected platforms and for direct booking — without touching reservations already taken.
Stop sales
Stop sales opens the Stop sales for this listing modal: "Free nights in the period are closed on all your connected platforms and for direct booking. Existing reservations are kept." Three fields:
- From — today by default.
- Until (inclusive) — "Leave empty to stop sales until you reopen them manually."
- Reason (optional, visible to you and YStay support only) — never shown to the guest, never sent to a platform.
The modal recalls the reservations kept over the period, or their absence. A stop already in progress is replaced by this one — useful to change its period. Confirming triggers a priority push: "Sales stopped: the closure goes out to your platforms as a priority."
The banner during the stop
While a stop is active, the card shows a banner carrying the dates you entered — "Sales stopped since , until reopened." or "Sales stopped from to inclusive." — followed by the reason, if you gave one.

A night freed up by a cancellation during the stop is automatically reclosed within 15 minutes.
Reopen sales
Reopen sales only lifts this stop: "Only the nights closed by the sales stop are reopened. Your manual closures stay in place." Conversely, Reopen the nights from the calendar is refused on nights closed by a sales stop: reopen sales from the listing page rather than from the calendar.
Unpublishing a listing
Unpublish, on the Publishing card, opens a confirmation listing the upcoming reservations — still honored despite unpublishing — and the platforms that stop selling. While a listing is a draft, it isn't sold anywhere: not on direct booking, not on your platforms. A distributed listing is therefore unpublished automatically before it can be deleted.
